Founded in 1903 by Samuel Wolf in The Netherlands, the company is now directed by the third generation Sam Wolf.  Headquartered in Orlando, Florida, USA, the company has production and process facilities in Brazil, and sales and research facilities in Colombia and Mexico, and distributors worldwide. 

The company serves the global seed markets with high-quality forage and legume seeds and is a worldwide leader in the research, development and marketing of new hybrid forage varieties for the tropics and subtropics.
